Parker exhibits a joy for life reminiscent of his father Tommy, hence his registered name. His call name is tribute to Doctors Mark and Patrice Parker who were generous in their backing of Tommy during his specials career.
Parker is second only to Tommy in his tireless pursuit of all squeaky objects and has never turned down a single game of fetch. Although he has only been shown a couple of times as a special, he already has a Best in Specialty Show award.
